We built SiteGate to help construction sites run securely. This page explains exactly what we collect, why we need it, and how we protect it.

We do not collect continuous background location. GPS is accessed only at the exact moment a challan photo is captured — never silently in the background.
We never use your data to build advertising profiles or sell to third parties.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data is shared only in these limited cases:
All permissions are requested at runtime and can be revoked at any time in your device settings. Revoking a permission may limit certain features.
We retain your data for as long as your organisation's account is active. Attendance records, entry logs, and challan photos are kept for a minimum of 12 months for audit and compliance purposes.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. If you discover a security issue, report it immediately to yuvibhopal@gmail.com.
